Compassion Exercise Variation

Honesty with oneself leads to compassion for others. It assists us to Increase the amount of compassion for One's self. It helps to create a personal sense of peace.

Step 1: with attention to yourself, repeat
Just like others I am seeking some happiness fin my life.

Step 2 with attention on yourself repeat to yourself.
Just like Others I am trying to avoid suffering in my life.

Step 3; with attention on Your Self repeat to yourself.
Just like Others I have known sadness, loneliness and despair.

Step 4: with attention Our Self repeat to yourself.
Just like others we are seeking to meet our needs.

Step 5: with attention on Us repeat to yourself.
Just like others we are learning about life.

Variations

1. To be done by individuals, couples, family members, and/or groups to increase understanding of each other

2. To be done by old enemies and antagonists still present in your memories

3. to b done for other life forms.

EGO

I’ve come to discern that what you call ego, I call child.
So in the breaking down of such, more parenting ……….

In an old style, an old paradigm
The denial, the hidden, meets needs unmet
We fight, we scream, rage against the machine and yet

Its the child who believes
the illusory dance
adult seeds sown.....

A little love, a lot of laughter, a heart felt smile,
A listening ear not too busy, too grown up
To hear the truth a while.

For sometimes from those little tiny heads,
Comes words of love, of life so profound
It can shake an adult to the core in dread.

They have to stop, rearrange
The furniture in their heads
Out of the mouths of babes it’s said.

Too many constructs, not enough time
To pull that lonely thread,
What then, better left unsaid.

Back in the box again, It’s all too big,
This idea of the i.d., Go back a little, go back a lot….

Or have you forgotten. To see the world anew
There’s a child in there who remembers too
Remembers what it’s like to be a part of you!


GENTLE SOUL

Oh gentle soul, Oh gentle heart
vulnerability abides, you hear the words of a child
the One who lives inside….

A connection to the All That Is
that imbues our daily living.

We knew when we were little
on some level of our being,
without those who surrounded us,
life had little meaning
In not being able to do for ourselves
we knew meaning in co-operation

A lot of love, a heart felt smile, nurture and
support we know as real, a universal provision.

Of something greater.

WHERE TO FROM HERE??

Today I was listening to an audio on answering our souls calling as inspiration as I was feeling blocked in regards to "where to from here".

I recognised that I have not been very good at accepting support when it is offered. Call it old programming from an independent, matyr archetype........................ or worthiness, feelings of lack thereof.

I realised that I havent been able to value and acknowledge what it is I do, do .... the gifts and the contribution that I have and continue to make to the world.

I would like to change that pattern for myself so I give myself permission to receive from what I know....................................... is a nurturing and supportive universe.

Today I am celebrating the way that I have chosen to turn up powerfully in the world.

I am honoured to receive energy, clarity and support from many wonderful Beings. I thank those beings in advance who choose to support me in whatever way is most appropriate.

I offer my energetic support to those who like me assist to transform consciousness which is occuring on the planet in this very moment.

My gifts are:

An ability to perceive the inner beauty and gifts that others have to share, to reflect that knowing in a way that creates value and an evolution in consciousness on an individual and collective level of Being.

An ability to explore consciousness, perceive core knowings and impart the wisdom from those knowings with others for the benefit of the whole.

An extraordinary ability to create a foundation of love from which to create change and therefore evolution.

An ability to communicate inner truths from a place of love.

An ability to experience new ways of being and create new pathways within the collective being.

YOU CAN DREAM FROM HERE

Utilsiing the natural rhythms and cycles of the Earth, Stars and nature create a cycle for your self to create the e-motion or energy in motion to build your dreams. For many thousands of years many cultures have created ceremony and honoured the sacred nature of the rythyms of life to dream their reality anew with the assistance of all of creation.

By showing honour, respect for that which provides for them they create a sacred hoop of giving and receiving energy. Most have not needed to ask for more than which nature provides. Finding worth, value, beauty in the bounty of our Dear Mother Earth.

You too can create that which you need, enjoy, creates Joy for you. From letting go of the need to create from merely a material perspective one learns to find value in that which is created from within.....whether it be something made by hand as a gift, a gift of spirit, a gift of the unfolding communication and journeys of spirit in our lives....so much more can be found that creates value, worth within our being, of our being, and those who surround us.

I found by working from a purely e-motional level that the Joy, Love, Wonder, Grace and Ease created far more of value than purely going for the usual career, goals, material, possession perspective. We are all uniquly different and in saying that including those things which touch the earth can create the grounding of the energies to manifest them into one's reality.

I have learnt so much from this process, This is an act of sacred creation. I have usually come from a place of inclusiveness wanting to incorporate new ways of Being and experience into my life and that certainly has manifest for me.

It is something that requires that we continue with it...it is an ongoing practice. Creating the circle becomes an ongoing that one chooses to create momentum with in an ongoing process of learning about one's Self within the greater whole. It is like an ongoing blessing, interaction, conversation with all aspects of the One.

It can evolve,, change, renew...it invites interaction with all aspects of One's being. It invites in aspects of Self forgotten. It reconnects you with your ancestors, the child within, the divine adult and future aspects of Self to guide, nurture, lend support, courage and wisdom in your journey of exploration of Self. In and of itself it teaches you new ways of perceiving, being.

THE SACRED CIRCLE OF CREATIVITY

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE, TO INTERACT WITH THE ALL THE REALMS,

ESPECIALLY WHEN IT BECOMES SECOND NATURE.

IT IS MY BELIEF THAT IS HOW INDIGENOUS PEOPLE INTERACT WITH REALITY.

EVERY HUMAN BEINGS RIGHT TO EXPERIENCE.

IT IS ONLY A STATE WE CAN REACH WHEN WE MOVE BEYOND THE CONCEPT OF FEAR AND INTO ALIGNMENT with TRUSTING THE GREATER UNIVERSE IN WHICH WE DWELL.

The Sacred Circle Of Creativity (of Divine Co-operativity )

has been used by many cultures and religions throughout time and space. Usually known as a medicine wheel amongst other things.

You can utilise this technique to:-

• to prepare a sacred space within your energy field
• to communicate with different realms of Being

Working in this way with the Rainbow Bridge creates a pyramid within time and space and where all the realms can interact.

There are several uses for this type of activation :-

• grounding energies
• balancing energies
• personal &
• planetary healing
• clearing energies
• setting up healing temples
• inter- dimensional communication
• creative dreaming (manifestation techniques).

In these past weeks we learnt how to activate the Rainbow Bridge. This was to assist you to practise grounding energies and to acquaint yourself with the different feel of the different colours/frequencies of the Rainbow Bridge. To assist you to balance and align your energies also.
This is an ongoing process. So don't be hard on yourself if you still feel new to it.

Please note that you may have other knowings as to the directions etc. Be guided by your own wisdom as what is appropriate for your work....

Activating the Sacred Circle of Creativity

Begin by honouring the direction of the North
In this meditation........
We honour the North for
Divine Direction
Wisdom
Guidance
Inner Strength
Nuture and Support
We honour our Divine Teachers
The Devas
The Elementals
and Our Divine Fore bears
WE honour the NORTH. AND SO IT IS

We honour the East, the direction of the EAST.
We honour the Teachers of the Eat, the Devas the Elementals
We honour the East for Divine Creativity.
New ways of knowing, communicating, healing, understanding, loving, being.
(You add whatever feels appeorpriate for your learning)
This direction allows New Ways of BEING. New understandings to come through whilst you work. You set the intent. This is a wonderful way to work and you will always be learning in the moment.

It helps you to move into the new ay of BEING and let go of old habitual patterns of learning and being.

It is very emppowering and helps to let go of the past.
We honour the Dvine Child. AND SO IT IS.

We honour the South,. The direction of the South.
We honour the Teachers, the deva's the Elementals.
We honour the South for the Divine Path, quest,
journey or way. The Sword of Light and Truth.
We honour our Divine Ancestors. AND SO IT IS.

We honour the WEST
The direction of the West.
The teachers, the deva's the Elementals\of the West.
We honour the West for Transformation, transfiguration and
Transmutation.
Creating wholeness and healing.
We honour the Divine Adult. AND SO IT IS.

Complete the Sacred Circle in the North.

The next step is to honour your
Divine Galactic Center
Divine Masculine Being
Divine Feminine Being
Divine Intuitive Being
Divine Creative Source
The Christ Within and the Christ Without

Now relate back to the Rainbow Bridge and begin bringing
through the colours:-

of Golds.
or Golds and Silvers
Golds and Whites
Golds, Silvers, Oplascents and Whites
or even violets..........Indigoes, blues, greens, yellows, oarganges, reds....to ground the energies....

Bring them through your body
and into your Earth Star....

When you do this you create a pyramid of light within time and space.
This then becomes a temple for grounding energies, healing or communication.When you have finished dont forget to bring through the colours to ground your energies. To do so quickly, see a rainbow flowing through you. And undo the circle as you are guided. Give thanks and close...

Now try communicating/connecting with a Colour Deva whilst you bring through the rest of the Rainbow Bridge. Allow the colours to come through slowly. It is not necessary to be visual. I am more strongly aligned to clairsentient (feeling) abilities than clairvoyant.(visual)

You can finish by undoing the circle or closing it. You undo the circle by walking it in reverse from West to West. When you have finished, give thanks for the interaction. This will close the circle, if that is your intent.

One good thing about working with the "Sacred Circle of Creativity" (Divine Co-operativity) is that you are always been guided, given unique information about how to go about things in the right way. The new ways of teaching come from the direction of the East and resonate with the energy of Divine Creativity and the Child. It is because you have this Divine Intent, that you set when you set up the Circle, that you can learn to trust yourself and your processes.

There are many techniques and processes in learning to communicate. This is not the only one. It is simply the process as taught to me over a five year period by the Celestials. I am certain that every one who practices these techniques will receive many benefits and stronger connection to Self. I am, as everyone else is. A hu-man Being.

CREATIVE DREAMING WITHIN THE SACRED CIRCLE OF DIVINE CO-OPERATIVITY

Now you have created a sacred space utilising the tools that you are guided. Candles, crystals, a special place, time....to create the appropriate atmosphere to communicate with your soul, spirit, guides. You have already being doing this in your own unique ways.

The intent is to set up the energies to dream that you wish to manifest in your world. We have all been caught up in a collective dream that is ending. We have completed a cycle of polarities exploring the concept of the Other, good and evil. Now we are creating anew.

We do this best by creating intentions for the first year to create a foundation to work from. This is a learning tool...it is one that is unique to each indidividual who uses it. There are no rules simply guidelines...it is a combination of medicine wheel teachings and 5th to 10th dimensional teachings of a Creator. You too are a creator. This way of creating a dream for your self within the collective dream will assist you to get in touch with that. That is its purpose.

So it is up to you to create the categories that you wish to create in your life. As someone who was working with consciousness much of my work was with the emotional body of the collective so i did not really include much in the way of material manifestation. I was following my souls purpose in those choices. Not every one has the same desire to create in that way.

Some ideas are heart-love-emotional, hearth-home, creativity-work, wellbeing-health, income-money, mind-intellect,, soul-purpose....every one has different ways of naming what is important to them in their journey. This is how I have approached setting intents working with the attributes that were important for my journey at the time. Sometimes that was clarity, insight, other times intellect in order to complete studies, although always including the emotional aspect.

One can jot down notes in the week preceeding the dreaming cycle. the solstices and equinoxes although within the Sacred Circle one can receive unique guidance appropriate in the moment.

Be aware in trying to cover all your bases and include everything..being too intellectual about it, you will create a dreaming that comes from a place of lack rather than wholeness. Developing trust is a part of the process of dreaming.

The cycle of dreaming is and of itself a teaching tool unique to each individual connecting you with your ancestors, guides, soul knowing. It is advisable to set up your dreaming intentions for a year to start with. Keep what you write and add to it. Evaluate what has happened, what can you include to create balance, what funny lessons have you received.

It is a living, evolving teaching and you are a living library. It is a communication tool with all the realms of Creation and you are a Creator. You live as part of a Collective of Beings within a Divine Co-operative reality.
